The Founder
Andra Howard is deeply committed to Advancing Black Leadership through Education. Born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland, he developed a passion for communication, leadership, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. After graduating from Suitland High School, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Towson University and a Master’s in Organizational Communication from Bowie State University. He is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) at California Baptist University, specializing in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
With a background in operations, organizational strategy, and leadership development, Andra has dedicated his career to helping businesses and individuals reach their full potential. Recognizing the systemic barriers that limit opportunities for talented individuals, he was inspired to take action and create meaningful change.
That vision led to the creation of The ABLE Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to Advancing Black Leadership through Education. Through mentorship, resources, and community-driven initiatives, ABLE serves as a platform to uplift and empower the next generation.
Andra’s mission is to open doors, remove barriers, and ensure that future leaders have greater access to the opportunities they deserve.
