Can I change or stop my monthly gift?
Yes. Sign in to your Zeffy donor account using the email associated with your gift. Open My transactions, select the recurring payment, and use its management options. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund past gifts. Zeffy’s step-by-step instructions.
What is the extra contribution to Zeffy?
Zeffy may suggest a separate contribution to support its platform. It is optional and you can reduce it to $0 before paying. Review both amounts before confirming. How Zeffy’s optional contribution works.
Where can I find my receipt?
Check the email address used for your gift, including spam, and your Zeffy donor account. If you need help with a receipt or acknowledgement, contact Info@ABLEtheFoundation.org. Please do not email card numbers or bank details.
What if I made a mistake or need a refund?
For a gift to ABLE, contact our team with the date, amount, and email used. We will review your request. Questions about a separate contribution to Zeffy should go to Zeffy’s support team.
