WHERE IT BEGAN

Andra Howard founded ABLE in 2025 to help people access the opportunities, relationships, and resources they need to lead. Raised in Prince George’s County, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Towson University and a master’s in Organizational Communication from Bowie State University. His background in operations, organizational strategy, and leadership development informs ABLE’s work.
