Courtney Thomas has been a practicing attorney since December 2020, specializing in civil litigation in both District and Circuit Courts throughout Maryland. She is dedicated to advocating for her clients with precision and integrity, handling a range of cases with a strong commitment to justice.
A Maryland native, Courtney was born and raised in the state and currently resides in Laurel, Maryland. She graduated from Bowie High School in 2012 before attending Towson University, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and legal analysis. After earning her bachelor’s degree in 2016, she pursued her law degree at American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C.
In May 2020, Courtney graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree, reflecting her dedication to academic excellence and legal scholarship. During her time in law school, she gained invaluable experience through legal clinics, internships, and trial advocacy programs, further honing her skills in litigation and legal research.
Courtney remains passionate about delivering effective legal solutions, advocating for fairness, and serving her community through her legal expertise.
